SOUTHERN VINEYARDS OPEN WEEKEND - FEB 27 - 28, 2010 Let us do the driving for you! This is a great opportunity to visit Winemaking Tasmania and and number of Vineyard operators that generally are not open to the public, enquire today about a tour. 

Tours start at a special rate of $60.00 per person* Departure Hobart 10.00am Feb 27 and Feb 28th, returning approx 4.30pm. Cost is for transport only, tastings at own expense. Lunch and Cheese Platters can be added at an additional cost. Contact us for more information, seats limited.

FRIDAY AFTERNOON TOURS - In conjunction witrh Meadowbank Estate's extension of trading hours, Apple Isle Wine Tours now offers a Full Day tour including dinner at Meadowbank Estate departing at 1.00pm on a Friday afternoon (December 2009 - March 2010).

Welcome to Apple Isle Wine Tours, we invite you to 'come taste our way' when visiting Tasmania. The Tasmanian vinous history dates back to the early 1800's with the first known vineyard planted in a Hobart suburb called New Town. Today Tasmania produces some of the very best cool climate wines including Chardonnay, Riesling, Sauvignon Blanc, Pinot Gris, Pinot Noir and a range sparkling wines.

Our tours will take you direct to the cellar door, no side tours on the way, and we don't put schedule before service, meaning that if your cellar door experience extends beyond the scheduled time we have indicated, we know your enjoying yourself!
