Health & Safety - We care for your safety & suggest you drink plenty of water in between tastings. We provide non-alcoholic refreshments onboard & ask that no alcohol be consumed onboard our vehicles. Seat belts are to be worn at all times. All drivers hold a Workplace Level Two First Aid Qualification.

Insurance & Liability - Travel Insurance is not included in the cost of your tour, but we do highly recommend purchasing Personal Travel Insurance, please contact your Insurance provider for more information on polices available. Apple Isle Wine Tours holds Public Liability Insurance. We hold no liability if you choose to drive after the completion of your tour & highly recommend you select a pick up & return location that requires you not to drive.

Tour Alterations - Apple Isle Wine Tours reserves the right to alter or cancel tours subject to operational requirements. This may arise due to whether , vineyard closures over winter months & general last minute advice received from third party providers. Tour may also be altered after the commencement of a specified tour. Apple Isle Wine Tours will Endeavour to maintain tour schedules, however delays can be incurred for reasons such as weather conditions, traffic congestion on the tour itinerary, and delays at vineyards with serving of tastings or food. Should this occur Apple Isle Wine Tours will discuss the severity of the delay to the remaining itinerary and alter as required. Apple Isle Wine Tours puts safety before schedule, and understands that delays are inconvenient but sometimes are unavoidable

Reservations & Payment - Prices are subject to change without notice, inclusive of GST ( Goods & Services Tax ) & are in local currency AUD ( Australian Dollars ). Full payment is required 7 days after the booking is made, or if the booking is made within 7 days from departure, payment is required at the time of booking. Payment is accepted by Visa, Mastercard and American Express. Credit Card payments will attract an additional charge to cover merchant fees of 1.6% for standard cards, and 2.6% for premium cards. Cheques are accepted only if paying 14days before tour date.

Cancellation / Refund / No Show

Cancellations to bookings will incur the following fees;

  • Outside 7 days - $25.00 per person
  • Inside 7 days - 50% of tour cost.
  • No Show (failure to board your tour) - Nil Refund

Tour Departures - At the time of your booking , you will be advised of your pick up location, we require you to be at that location 15 minutes prior to departure, this will allow us to maintain our schedule for the tour. Hotel Accommodation & Pick Ups are available & returns can be discussed upon the day. A confirmation of the details will be emailed, mailed or faxed to you at the time of booking. Apple Isle Wine Tours ask all Passengers to wait outside your accommodation, or where this is not possible within the accommodation reception area. Should a pick up be required from the airport an Apple Isle Wine Tours representative will meet you at the arrivals area of your flight. The representative will be holding an Apple Isle Wine Tours sign.

Regular pick points include Wrest Point Casino, Tasmanian Travel Centre Davey Street, Salamanca Place, other pick up points can be arranged upon booking.
